PICKUP TERMS

  • Goods will not be released until full payment is received by CAFE Lighting & Living
  • CAFE Lighting & Living Warehouse open 8.30am – 3pm for pickups
  • CAFE Lighting & Living goods are deemed to be received in good order and condition when picked up from our warehouse and no credit claims or returns will be considered. Statutory warranties still apply.
  • If a third party carrier is arranged to pickup goods from CAFE Lighting & Living, the carrier must bring a completed consignment and quote a CAFE Lighting & Living order reference.
  • A minimum of one day’s notice is required for pickups to avoid futile fees


BUSINESS DELIVERY TERMS

  • CAFE Lighting & Living quotes freight on a Business to Business delivery structure.
  • Freight will be calculated based on the shipping address provided using the most suitable freight company we have contracted. In most cases the rate is calculated on the cubic metre measurement space used to transport goods.
  • An automated email despatch notice is sent to your registered email address the day goods leave our Sydney warehouse. Please ensure there is someone ready to accept the goods on your side as FUTILE delivery charges will apply (plus a re-delivery fee) if delivery is rejected or location/site is unattended.
  • If special delivery instructions are required such as trading days/hours you must include this in the area provide during your check-out process to ensure they are carried out (note – higher freight charges may apply for special requirements).


RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY TERMS

  • CAFE Lighting & Living quotes freight on a Business to Business delivery structure.
